Please read: This is from the standard Optimus Digital Service/Work order that you must sign when service is initiated
1. All totals owed listed in the Work Done/Solution portion of your contract is due in order to receive any and all equipment back.
2. I HEREBY AUTHORIZE the above work to be done along with necessary materials. Optimus Digital and its technicians may perform work on the listed computer for the purposes of testing or inspection at my risk and cost.
3. It is also understood that other adjustments or checks may be made to my computer while it is in the shop to aid the tech in the repair/service process. Optimus Digital will not be held responsible for loss or damage to computer or software in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delay in shipment by suppliers.
4. I understand the work will be performed by Optimus Digital is AS IS unless stated in the above Work Done/Solution portion of this contract.
5. I understand Optimus Digital is not responsible in any way for the DATA on the equipment or backup solutions, also Optimus Digital will not view or manipulate DATA unless specifically requested to do so and only with owners of DATA present.
