All service or product guarantees are made in writing and is issued per service/work order.

All information is stored off-line and only used at the time of service or sales. No data loss or theft to worry about. Our clients are, OUR clients!
Contract info
All totals for services/repairs are listed on the Service/Work Order contract you have read and signed. All totals are due upon completion of agreed services/repairs or you will not be returned or granted access to equipment until your Service/Work Order contract is PAID IN FULL. All warranties and other details are on your Service/Work Order contract and Optimus Digital is not responsible for anything not listed on your Service/Work Order contract. Only the signed OWNER of the equipment must fulfill your Service/Work Order contract and NO equipment or payments will be accepted by other parties no matter the reason.
